PayPal, which got the bigger market share when it comes to payment processors unfortunately doesn’t support many countries. Though they do say they support 190 countries it doesn’t allow to receive money for many countries out of the list.
Google Checkout is available only to U.S. and U.K. merchants. So what’s left for the other countries.
AlertPay, Money Bookers and 2Checkout can be recommended as they support big lists of countries and are reputed companies.

2Checkout
Very professional service. Even gives a professional image right thought out the invoice which can be generated to merchants clients.
2Checkout is bit costly when comparing with AlertPay and MoneBookers. Got a setup fee of $49.00 and deduct a 5.5% commission plus $0.45 for each sale. Got a 5% rolling reserve for 90 days.
The main advantage of using 2Checkout is the Re-loadable Master Card provided by 2Co (powered by Payoneer). The 2Checkout balance can be transferred to the card and then can be withdrawn from the nearest ATM machine or can use the card to buy goods from shops. So in my opinion, I would recommend 2Checkout as the best alternative to countries which doesn’t support Google checkout and Paypal.
